Supports leasing, real estate and other transactional activity, including drafting and negotiating leases, real estate property agreements, purchase and sale agreements.
Coordinates and reviews title and survey work.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in the Legal field; Beverage background a plus.
Must have strong Analytical and Logical reasoning skill set.
Precise attention to detail.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have a “Get it done” attitude!
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
